Darkside Dark Ale
We find ourselves in the darkest of places. Enjoying the sweeter things in life. On a search under dim lit galaxies, with a smooth, velvety dark ale, a companion in the shadows. It’s no secret, the aromas of chocolate, coffee and toffee, linger over this hop forward ale. A session beer in any season, give in, I hear her whisper.

El Dorado Gold
Gold has been struck! In the far away reaches of Bulli Brewing. The legend of the Eldorado hop is said to be buried in this can. A rush is imminent, with this lush golden ale. Bursting with notes of mandarin and tangerine. This flavoursome golden drop is waiting for you.

Red IPA
Please explain! Why did we choose to call this beer Pauline? Because it’s red and bitter. This can of Red IPA is loaded with hops, but not too bitter. Small batch brewed, so get it now or it will be ‘gone like the groceries’. What’s a Red IPA? Take IPA and tweak it with a blend of malts to deliver a distinct red hue and malty flavours to balance the hops. There’s enough hops in this can to keep you smiling. Ella, Enigma Cascade and Vic Secret.

Red Point
Red Point is a coastal headland at Port Kembla, NSW. Not far from this, two Wollongong-based brewers sharing the same roof have developed this refreshing ginger beer recipe just for you. We started with a clean malt base, a minimal hop edition and a sack load of ginger. Brewed for your enjoyment by Jeff and Mick.
